Inspection Overview

The REDLINE DEFENSE inspection is conducted in two distinct phases to maximize detection while minimizing the risk of alerting any eavesdropper. A thorough inspection is recommended for locations identified as key areas. It is suggested to utilize invisible ink to mark essential items — streamlining follow-up inspections by eliminating the need to re-inspect items that remain unopened, thereby optimizing both time and cost efficiency.

Detection Targets

The TSCM inspection includes both electronic and physical searches for active and passive devices:

Wireless Radio Frequency Clandestine Devices
A.C. Carrier Current Transmitters
Optical Transmission Devices
Hidden Video Devices
Hardwired Microphones
Modified Telephones
Telephone Transmitters
Active and Passive Audio/Video Clandestine Devices
Hidden Clandestine Devices within Walls, Floors, Ceilings and Furniture
Telephone / Fax Wire Taps
Optical Tamper Examination of Pre-marked Electrical Outlets & Switches
Re-inspection of Previously Inspected Areas & Items via Tamper Marks

TSCM Equipment

VULSAN X CORP — Technology Commitment

VULSAN X CORP has invested heavily in the latest TSCM technology to keep our REDLINE DEFENSE program at the forefront in the region. We choose equipment based on efficiency, reliability, and detection range — from basic spying tools to advanced surveillance systems. All tools are regularly updated and tested for top performance.

// Detection
Wireless Video Camera Detector
Handheld device used to detect any video transmissions from hidden wireless surveillance cameras within its frequency range.
WirelessVideoRF
// Spectrum Analysis
OSCOR Green Spectrum Analyzer
Designed for commercial TSCM operations — detects illicit eavesdropping signals, conducts RF emissions analysis, and supports site surveys across a 10 kHz to 24 GHz frequency range.

// Thermal
Portable Thermal Imaging Camera
Used to detect heat signatures from hidden circuits within devices like keyboards, mice, and electrical sockets — without requiring disassembly.
ThermalNon-InvasiveHeat Sig.
// NLJD
ORION NJE-4000
Non-Linear Junction Detector — detects active and inactive electronic components (diodes, transistors) in hidden devices using non-linear junction detection technology.
NLJDPassiveActive
// Signal Detection
Acoustic RF Signal Detector
Acoustic detector for analog & digital RF signals including WiFi, Bluetooth, Spread Spectrum, Cellular 2G/GSM/PCS, 2.5G GPRS, 3G WCDMA/HSPA, and 4G LTE.
WiFiBluetooth4G LTEGSM
// EMF
Multi-Field EM Spectrum Detector
Handheld device for detecting EMF, ELF, RF (up to 10GHz) including 5G, smart meters, and WiFi — with integrated 2.5GHz spectrum analysis.
EMF5G10GHz
// Line Analysis
DPA-7000 TALAN
Telephone and Line Analyzer — detects eavesdropping devices on analogue or digital telephone lines with built-in Frequency Domain Reflectometer (FDR) to measure cable lengths, detect unauthorized junctions, and identify all telephone pair combinations.
FDRPOTSDigital
// Counter-Surveillance
CPM-700 Counter-Surveillance Monitor
Detects and locates room, phone, body bugs, video transmitters, and tape recorders. Accessories include: Standard RF Probe, VLF Carrier Current Probe, Infrared Probe, RF Sniffer, Modular Phone Adapter, Acoustic Leakage Probe, and Broadband Microwave Probe.
RFVLFInfraredMicrowave
// Acoustic Masking
ANG-2200 Acoustic Noise Generator
Generates perimeter noise to block wired/contact mics, audio transmitters in outlets, and laser/microwave window surveillance. Injects noise into the perimeter — not the conversation space — allowing natural conversation without interference. Customizable with transducers, speakers, and mounts.

Methodology & Procedures
Phase 1
Non-Alerting Phase

Executed discreetly to detect active transmissions or covert devices without tipping off the eavesdropper, who might otherwise deactivate or remove equipment.

  • RF Spectrum Analysis
  • Carrier Current Inspection
  • Camera & Optical Detection
  • Visual & Layout Assessment
  • Thermal Imaging
  • Tamper Check
Phase 2
Alerting Phase

Overt inspection to uncover hidden or dormant threats not detectable during passive monitoring.

  • Telephone System Inspection
  • Electronic Detection (NLJD)
  • Physical Search
